Each Spring the Bemis Arts Committee hosts a juried group show in the expansive hallways of the 3rd and 4th floors of the Bemis building. This year's show features 50+ local and regional artists working in all mediums, from sculpture to painting, photography to glass. Come see the exhibition, meet the artists and add a new piece to your collection.

Each Spring the Bemis Arts Committee hosts a juried group show in the expansive hallways of the 3rd and 4th floors of the Bemis building. This year's show features 50+ local and regional artists working in all mediums, from sculpture to painting, photography to glass. Come see the exhibition, meet the artists and add a new piece to your collection.
If you wish to make a pre-show purchase, please contact us. During the show weekend, juried art sales will be handled by the cashier on each of the 3rd and 4th floors. Note the artist's name and title of the piece before heading to the cashier. Or find one of our juried show volunteers and they will guide you through the process.

At the heart of Bemis Arts is the resident artists and businesses that live and work at the Bemis building. Over a dozen of them will have their unique studio spaces and live-work lofts open for visitors, along with invited guest artists. Come see the work that gets made right here at Bemis!

The Bemis building is located in SoDo, one and a half blocks west of the south entrance to Safeco Field and the new King5 building.

The Bemis building is located in SoDo, one and a half blocks west of the south entrance to Safeco Field and the new King5 building.
PARKING
There is limited street parking near the Bemis building. Please be careful to read all posted signs. Sunday is always free unlimited-time street parking.
Other suggested parking options:
- The Safeco Field garage at 800 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134. They have $9 all day parking on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Street level open lots in the area
- Take public transport, taxis or ride sharing to visit Bemis and avoid the parking hassle.
Where NOT to park:
- DO NOT PARK in the ‘Tenant Only’ lot on the south side of the Bemis building, off Colorado Ave S. This is reserved 24 hrs for residents and tenant businesses only. Signs are posted everywhere so don’t worry about missing it.
- Be careful of parking garages closed on the weekends. The parking garages next to the building, including the garage entrance on S. Atlantic St. closest to the Bemis' front door, are usually closed to the public on weekends. You may be able to get in, but you won't be able to get out. Please be sure you are not parking in a closed garage.
